To access certain features on the Realio Platform, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Follow the steps below to ensure a successful submission.
Step 1: Log in & Start Your KYC Verification
- Go to the Realio Platform and log in to your account.
- Navigate to "Settings" → "IDENTITY VERIFICATION"
- Select your Account Type: "Person" or "Company"

Step 2: Enter Your Personal Information
To avoid delays, ensure all details match your official documents.
- Full Name: Enter your first and last name exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID.
- Date of Birth: Use the correct format (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY).
- Address: Provide your full residential address, including street, city, state, and postal code. Ensure your residence is in the same country as your ID or passport.

Postal Code: Use a valid 5- or 6-digit format; if your code is shorter, add trailing zeroes (e.g.,

→12300
). - Phone Number: Ensure it is correct and active.
- SSN (U.S. Residents Only): Enter your Social Security Number accurately.
- Industry & Occupation: Select the appropriate industry and job title from the dropdown menu.
- Annual Income: Enter your income as a whole number (e.g., 50000 or 50000; not 50K or 50.0).
Step 3: Upload Your Government-Issued ID or Passport
- Accepted Documents: Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID.
- Take a clear photo of your ID (use a mobile device or camera; SCANS, SCREENSHOTS, and CROP IMAGES NOT ACCEPTED).
- Ensure all four corners of the document are visible.
- The ID must be in English or include Latin characters.
- If using a driver’s license or national ID, upload both the front and back.
- If using a passport, upload the entire front pages (photo + signature page).
Step 4: Submit and Wait for Approval
If submitted correctly, KYC typically takes less than 30 minutes. If your application is pending, try resubmitting and ensure all details meet the requirements.
