Why did my bridge transaction fail?

Bridge transactions on the Realio Platform may fail for the following reasons:

  1. Insufficient Gas Fees: Ensure you have enough tokens on the source chain to cover transaction fees. The minimums are:

    • Native RIO: 1+ RIO
    • Ethereum: 0.01+ ETH
    • Stellar: 1+ XLM
    • Algorand: ~1-2 ALGO
    • BNB Chain: ~0.01 BNB
    • Solana: 0.005 SOL

  2. Use Whole Numbers or Limit Decimal Places: Limit the number of decimals in the amount you're attempting to swap to 5-6 decimal places.

  3. Incorrect Destination Address: Verify the receiving address is accurate and able to accept tokens. Transactions requiring a memo (e.g., Stellar) may fail without it.

  4. Network Congestion or Downtime: Heavy blockchain traffic or temporary bridge maintenance may delay or prevent the transaction.

You can check the transaction status using blockchain explorers:
