If you forgot your password, you can recover access using your seed phrase. Follow the account recovery flow in the Freehold app to log in with your seed phrase and reset your password.
If you don’t have your seed phrase:
Account recovery without a seed phrase may be possible, but it requires a manual identity verification (KYC) process, similar to what is required to delete or transfer an account. This process is in place to protect user security and prevent unauthorized access. Please contact Freehold Support to open a support ticket here.
💡 Tip: Always back up your seed phrase and store it in a secure, offline location. Freehold cannot retrieve it for you.
