How do you sell your land back to the Land Bank?

To sell your land to the Land Bank, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://app.districts.xyz/
2. Connect your Web3 Wallet - On the Districts platform, click the “Connect Wallet” button at the top right to connect your MetaMask (or another EVM-compatible wallet).
3. Go to the “Marketplace” on the upper left.
4. Click on the “My Districts” tab.
5. Select the District you want to sell by clicking “Open details.”
6. Click on “List for Sale.”
7. Select the “Immediate Sell” option on the right side.
8. Confirm the action in the modal labeled Sell Back to Land Bank.
9. Confirm the transaction in your connected wallet.

Important Notes:

• Once you mint land, there is a 7-day cooldown (unbonding) period to sell back to the Land Bank.
• When you sell your land back to the Land Bank, you keep your $DSTRX tokens.
